embellishment, pendant, decorative item

I believe this was originally a pendant in the 1980's but not 100% sure. Either enamel or an acrylic resin in a base of possible pewter or tin. The stones look like glass or rhinestones that are glued in.

Measures 5cm square.

I think it would look lovely on the side of a winter hat.
