Here we have a cotton dress possibly from the 1900s.
This is quite heavily decorated with lace.
At some point I would imagine either a pin tuck has been taken out to lengthen the dress or maybe a ribbon removed, as there are signs of stitching around a portion of the skirt, and in some places a small hole.
The neck and waist are tied with a small ribbon/cord. The waist has tiny pleats which are hand sewn.

From arm pit to arm pit (flat) 29cm
Skirt length from bottom of bodice 38cm.
Sleeve length 5cm (from underneath)
Skirt width at bottom (flat) 90cm.
